Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
For CelestiPost services and purchased gift vouchers, the withdrawal period generally begins on the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by means of a clear statement.

It is sufficient that you send your withdrawal declaration before the withdrawal period has expired.
Electronic Withdrawal Function
You can exercise your right of withdrawal online using our electronic withdrawal function:
The function allows you to provide:
- your name
- the order or contract number
- an email address for the receipt confirmation
After submitting the form using “Confirm withdrawal”, you will receive an electronic confirmation of receipt containing the information submitted as well as the date and time at which the withdrawal declaration was received.
This confirmation only confirms receipt of your declaration. It does not by itself determine whether the withdrawal is legally effective in the individual case.
Early Performance of the CelestiPost Service
CelestiPost normally performs the radio-sending service within 3 business days after the requirements for performance have been met.
Because this may occur before the statutory 14-day withdrawal period has expired, you are asked before placing the product in your cart to expressly request that CelestiPost begin providing the service before the withdrawal period has expired.
You are also asked to acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may expire once CelestiPost has fully performed the service.
For CelestiPost, the service is considered fully performed once the ordered radio-sending service has been completed, technically verified and the digital CelestiPost Transmission Certificate has been created and sent to the customer by email.
Withdrawal Before Full Performance
If you validly withdraw after requesting that CelestiPost begin the service during the withdrawal period, but before the service has been fully performed, you may be required to pay an appropriate amount for the part of the service already provided up to the time of withdrawal.
Effect of a Valid Withdrawal
If a withdrawal is valid, payments received from you that must be reimbursed under applicable law will be refunded without undue delay and within the statutory period.
Unless otherwise required by law, the refund will normally be made using the same means of payment used for the original transaction.
Gift Vouchers
CelestiPost gift vouchers purchased online are generally subject to the applicable statutory withdrawal provisions.
The delivery of the personal voucher code and PDF voucher by email does not, by itself, cause the statutory right of withdrawal to expire.
If a gift voucher is redeemed while the withdrawal period is still running and the corresponding CelestiPost service is commenced before the end of that period at the consumer’s express request, the statutory provisions concerning early performance, expiry of the right of withdrawal after full performance and, where applicable, compensation for services already provided apply to that service.
In the event of a valid withdrawal from the purchase of a voucher, an unused voucher code will be deactivated and can no longer be redeemed.
If the voucher has already been fully or partially redeemed at the time of withdrawal, the consequences of withdrawal depend on the status of performance and the applicable statutory provisions.
Printed Certificates
The optional Printed Certificate by Mail is individually produced using the customer’s CelestiPost transmission and its specific technical and personal information.
To the extent this statutory exception applies, there is therefore no separate right of withdrawal for the individually produced printed certificate.
This does not by itself affect any withdrawal rights that may still exist in relation to the CelestiPost radio-sending service.
