Real transmission.

CelestiPost turns your message into a real radio signal and transmits it outward from Earth using our own transmission and reception technology. The receiving station serves solely as technical verification that the transmission was successfully carried out. It logs the reception and allows us to verify the transmitted data.

The receiving station is not the destination of your message. The radio waves continue to propagate beyond it. A personal message becomes a physical signal — leaving its point of origin and travelling outward through space.

Your CelestiPost Transmission Certificate

After transmission, you receive a personal CelestiPost certificate documenting the key technical details of your message — including transmission time, verification data and reception status. The digital certificate is always included.

If you wish, you can also choose an optional premium printed version on high-quality paper, delivered to you by post.

Frequently Asked Questions

Your message will be transmitted within 3 business days after your order. The transmission is not performed automatically or immediately after purchase. Once it has been completed and technically verified, you will receive your digital CelestiPost Transmission Certificate.

After your order, we prepare your message or image for radio transmission and convert the content into digital data.

The signal is then transmitted using our own transmitting equipment and antenna. As the radio signal continues to propagate away from the transmitting antenna, it is also received by our receiving station.

The receiving station is used solely for technical verification of the transmission. It records the received data and allows us to confirm that the transmitted data was sent correctly. Receiving the signal does not stop or “consume” the radio wave – the signal continues to propagate beyond the receiving station.

The technical data recorded during this process is logged and forms the basis of your personal CelestiPost Transmission Certificate. It documents information such as the time of transmission, reception status and technical verification data.

This allows us to technically verify that your message or image was actually transmitted as a radio signal and successfully confirmed by our receiving station.

Each transmission is logged and technically verified. You receive a transmission confirmation with key details such as date, time and verification data.

After your transmission, you receive a personal CelestiPost Transmission Certificate with the technical details of your transmission. The digital certificate is always included. If you wish, you can also choose the optional printed premium certificate, produced on high-quality paper and sent to you by post.

If you choose the optional “Printed Certificate by Mail”, the radio transmission is completed within 3 business days. After the transmission has been technically verified, your printed certificate is prepared and sent by post. Depending on the destination country, delivery may take a few days to several weeks.

Your message and uploaded files are stored only for as long as necessary to complete and technically verify the transmission. They are deleted after successful transmission and verification.
